With the end of long duration Election process in 5 states, On 9th Mar 2017 Mostly all agencies has released Exit Polls. For Uttarakhand, BJP is getting majority in allover threading. By CSDS, BJP will get about 42 Assembly seats out of 70 which represent their winning steak in Uttarakhand after current running Congress Government. Other Agencies also represent the same with changing of few figures but all about majority to BJP.
There was only C-Voter, who showing equal Assembly seats distribution to BJP & Congress with 32 seats each and 6 for Others. In this Case, Government formation will be happen with the alliance of Others (Other Party & Independent) and BJP or Congress.
Counting of votes will be on 11th Mar 2017.

The India Today-Axis relased Opinion Poll on Uttarakhand, it shows Congress will find it tough to retain power in this hilly state. The opinion poll has given BJP 41-46 seats and congress gets 18-23 seats only out of 70-seat Assembly. Survey conducted in Uttarakhand between December 12 to 22 Dec 2016.

Uttarakhand Opinion Poll on 2017 Election by ABP News - Lokniti - CSDS

In the latest survey for Opinion poll conducted by ABP News - Lokniti - CSDS, Its clearly declared the majority for BJP government. Out of 70 member assembly election BJP is getting 35-43 seats with 40% vote shares and INC is only getting 22-30 seats with 33% vote shares. It might be clear for BJP to form their government in the future coming election. Rest of the party like BSP is getting 8% vote shares and remains of vote shares are distributing in smaller parties.
